Mikhail Anatolyevich Krunov
Mikhail Anatolyevich Krunov (born December 4, 1954, Moscow) is a Russian artist and painter.
Biography
In 1981, he graduated from the Art and Graphics Faculty of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute.
Since 1982, he has been a member of the Youth Association of MOSKh (Moscow Union of Artists).
In 1991, he was admitted to the Union of Artists of the USSR.
Artistic Work
Krunov's painting style is defined at the intersection of figurative art and abstraction. As the artist himself says, in his works he is constantly testing the boundaries of painting. At one time, the main motifs of his paintings were trees and birds, later — "large-scale geometry."
