Pewter mounting, cylindrical base with an exhibited, reliefed rim, on the neck a serrated ring, the reliefed lid with a ball pusher, marked: city mark of Naumburg ("1711" over crossed sword and key), quality mark "X", above "1710" for pewter assay and a mark of the master "I (J) CS" (man, supported on a stick or hammer).
