Rocaille relief, oval, adorned with plastic flowers, on a pedestal. In the center stands a rococo-style monkey holding a sugar hat, as well as various medicine bottles, jars, and a sugar hammer. Behind them stands a well-dressed dentist in a blue, gold-accented coat over a yellow-patterned vest with Indian flowers and a white shirt. Over the wig, he wears a black tricorn hat. His left hand rests on his hip, while his raised right hand holds a pulled tooth. Flanking him is a seated patient in a pink jacket, light-colored pants, and black knee-high boots, or a standing harlequin in a patterned comedian costume with a yellow hat, as well as additional boxes and flasks.
