On a high pedestal adorned with strong plastic rocaille, stands a young lady. In her right hand, she holds a bouquet of flowers, while with her left hand, she gathers her apron. As a counterpart, a young singing gentleman holds a sheet of music in his right hand. At their feet lies a reclining sheep. The polychrome painting is embellished with gold staffage. Either by Johann Joachim Kaendler. Model number 5 and 5x. Restored. Sword mark. Height 25 cm - 26 cm. A pair of porcelain shepherd figures. Meissen. End of the 19th century.
