A Chinese woman sits with crossed legs in a white, flower-patterned robe with a gold-contoured lace collar and a purple bow, accompanied by turquoise-colored slippers and a gem-set belt. Hands, head, and tongue are movable. Polychrome painting with gold staffage. Possibly by Johann Joachim Kaendler, uncertain restoration; hairline cracks. Sword mark. Height 17 cm.
