From the series "Four Elements" irregular, relief sculpted ascending rock pedestal. In the center, sitting on a lion, Cybele or Demeter, crowned by a wall crown, the "Great Mother Goddess" and mistress of nature. In her raised right hand, she holds the key to the underworld, and in her left, a cornucopia filled with fruits, surrounded by four children, among others, with flower garlands and baskets, earth fruits, sickle and rake, the attributes of the earth. Polychrome painting with gold staffage. Possibly Michel Victor Acier. Model number D 83. Restored; minor chipped. Sword mark. Height 24 cm, 22.5 cm x 21 cm.
