Born in 1951 in Munich and currently based in Saint Tropez, Szczesny is a renowned artist, painter, sculptor, and photographer. His artwork titled "Mainau Blumen IV / Pineapple Queen" (Ananas Königin) is an original color serigraph on BFK Rives-Velin paper from 2007. The piece is hand-signed and numbered 5/60. Szczesny was a prominent figure in the Neue Wilde movement during the 1980s. From 1994 to 2001, he resided in New York before moving to Saint Tropez.
