A large format sheet created in 1967 depicting the bullfighter "Escamillo" from the famous 1875 premiere opera "Carmen" by Georges Bizet, for which the buffet also created the companion piece "Carmen" (Sorlier 122). Slightly toned. Approximate image size 100.5 cm x 65.5 cm; sheet size approximately 105 cm x 72 cm. Framed. Lithograph in colors on woven paper, 1967. Hand-signed, dated, and numbered 38/50. Slight light toning.
