45-piece Art Deco porcelain dinner set designed by Prof. Adelbert Niemeyer. It consists of 12 dinner plates, 12 soup plates, 11 dessert plates, soup tureen, and two vegetable terrines, three serving platters, two side dishes, and two sauce boats. The set is round, partly with a four-pass form. It features a relief with a ribbed edge and bud-shaped knobs. The staffage is in royal blue and gold. It is either made by Prof. Adelbert Niemeyer or a bowl is marked with a hairline crack. The bottom is marked with the manufacturer's mark. The dimensions of the plates are 22 cm - 33 cm x 33 cm x 51 cm. This exquisite set is an example of the Art Deco style and was manufactured by Selb Hutschenreuther around 1920-1930.
