On a naturalistic round base, lightly bent forward, stands a girl in traditional Wendish costume with a white bonnet and magnificent chest jewelry. In her right hand, she holds a jug, while with her left hand, she gathers her apron. The polychrome painting is adorned with little gold and platinum accents. Possibly by Hugo Spieler, around 1897/98. Model number Q 190 with minimal restoration; sword mark. Height 14 cm. From a series of 25 costume figures by the sculptor Hugo Spieler. Provenance: From the estate of a significant North German private collection. A porcelain figure of a girl in traditional Wendish costume. Minor restoration. Crossed swords mark.
