Sterling silver. Oval, curved base, transitioning into a strongly tapered, short shaft and wide, flared bowl. Base and body adorned with broad, embossed gadroons, with a corresponding, gracefully curved rim. On the sides, two divided and voluted ear handles reaching towards the rim. Interior decorated and gilded with delicate hammering. Marked 925, maker's mark "CK" and Dutch hallmark since 1953. Weight approximately 2870 g. Height 27 cm. Dimensions 56 cm x 27.5 cm.
