Sterling silver, so-called Britannia silver. Conical, smooth body on a flat stand. The slightly protruding lip rim, upper part of the wide ear handle, and stand ring are articulated by multiple profiled lines. The front side is engraved with initials below a coat of arms with a motto ribbon and a Latin inscription "Credo et Confido". Hallmarks, date letter "C", and indistinct maker's mark "IB" (?).
