Silver. Flat stand, transitioning into oval, cylindrical, and puristically smooth body, with delicate, multiple-profiled rim and deep-set, conically tapering spout. Hinged, domed lid with baluster knob. Side handle and knob made of ebonized wood. Corresponding oval presentation stand adorned with four narrow feet stylized with flowers. Signed, marked, master Abel-Etienne Giroux (active since 1798), guarantee stamp 950 (1798-1809). Total weight approx. 780 g. Overall height 14 cm. 26.5 cm x 15.5 cm.
