Silver. Square plinth, transitioning into tall, strongly baluster-shaped shaft with vase-shaped bulging tulle and removable drip tray. Shaft divided by richly relief-plastically designed, partially shield-like displayed nodi adorned with flowers, ribbons, or acanthus leaves and volutes. On the plinth monogrammed; marked 84, assay marks, city mark, master Jan Galecki (mentioned 1840-1880). Weight approx. 865 g. Height 31.5 cm - 32.5 cm. Two large Polish late Biedermeier silver candlesticks with monogram by Jan Galecki (mentioned 1840-1880). Standard mark 84, assay marks, city mark. Poland, Lublin. 2nd half 19th century.
