Sterling silver. 3-piece; teapot, cream jug, and sugar bowl. Expanding, in the lower half of the wall, adorned with gadroons, encased body with stepped shoulder and hinged lid. Correspondingly designed, ebonized knob and ribbed handle. Partially gilded inside. Hallmarks, assay marks, maker's marks, and date letters "h" and "o". Total weight approximately 385 g. Height 7 cm - 12.5 cm. Provenance: From the dissolution of the private collection of Horst Abke, Springe. A three-piece sterling silver tea service. Partly gilt inside.
