Silver. 4-piece; coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl, and creamer. Over profiled, drawn-in round foot, bulging body with strongly offset shoulder and narrow neck. Hinged, curved lid with handle ending in small stylized lion heads. Deeply set, softly curved ear handle, adorned at the attachment with a lion maskaron, the end flowing into a sculptural leaf volute. Lower half of the body, stand, shoulder, and lid adorned with relief sculpted cord band and godrons. Partially gilded inside. Marked 800, assay mark with maker's mark and number "41". Total weight approx. 1840 g. Height 17 cm - 25 cm. A decorative Italian Empire style four-piece silver coffee and tea set. Partly gilt inside.
