Silver. Four at the base of gadroons, wide, pierced and stylized paws, transitioning into a pumpkin-shaped body. Domed hinged lid with a central baluster knob over pierced volutes. Centrally attached, curved tulle. Carved ear handle and knob made of dark brown lacquered wood. Either Wilhelm Schulze. Model number 504. Marked 835, weight approximately 435 g. Height 16.5 cm. The workshops for artistic silverwork were founded in 1920 by the master silversmith Wilhelm Schulze after his apprenticeship at Koch & Bergfeld and his longer activity in Oslo.
