By Daum Frères, a slender baluster-shaped vase with a bulbous body. It features overlaid glass with colorless, yellow, and red powdered enamel, as well as light green and dark olive-colored overlays. The vase is adorned with etched decor depicting a riverside or lakeside landscape with a grove of trees. It is signed "Daum Nancy" and bears the Lorraine cross. The height of the vase is 20 cm. For similar decorations, refer to Noel Daum's "Daum. Maitres verriers" from 1980, page 55 (comparable decor). This French Art Nouveau cameo vase with acid-etched lake landscape decor was created by Daum Frères. It is signed and originates from Nancy, France. Daum Frères produced this piece around 1910-1914.
