Silver. Extremely fine, crafted according to an old model. Oval, curved base with an exhibited base ring, transitioning into a short, narrow shaft and wide, swinging oval bowl. On the sides, two voluted handles, crowned by stylized dragon heads. The base and bowl are adorned with pronounced, eight-folded, and surface-covering delicate hammer blow decoration. Marked, inspection marks, guarantee mark, year letter "Z," manufacturer's mark "M2." Weight approximately 225 g. Height 10.5 cm. 22.5 cm x 12.7 cm. Compare with Rosenberg, Volume IV, Number 7545. Provenance: Northern German private collection. A Netherland Baroque style silver handled bowl. Assay and guarantee mark, maker's mark, date letter "Z," and unknown marked "M2."
