Decorated on one side with enamel painting: an oval, white sign with a yellow border, framed with a white dotted border and crowned with bows. Below are green leaves or palm branches. Inscription in black "OL: TEREB:", accompanied by a club star as an ornamental motif. Height 16.3 cm.
