Silver. On display is a rounded body with a wide pear-shaped spout located high up. The domed lid and surrounding wall are decorated with elegantly curved vertical lines. It features a wooden handle and grip. The stand bears various engraved owner inscriptions and later dates of 1788 and 1884 on both the lower and upper parts. Maker’s mark, trembleuse marker, and assay mark are present, mainly from master Johann Georg Kloss (became master in 1738). Weight approximately 255 grams. Height 18 cm. Compare to "Seling, 2007, No. 2300, BZ 2050." A small Baroque silver coffee pot from Johann Georg Kloss (master since 1738). Two owner inscriptions and each with a later added date. Assay, test, and master’s mark. German. Augsburg. 1751-1753.
