Great and rare blue-staffed animal figurine.

"Striding Elephant" is a fully sculpted representation of a striding, trumpeting, African elephant with a raised trunk. The vibrant blue painting is accented with touches of gray, black, and salmon pink. Created by Karl Tutter in 1939, there are minimal restorations; the piece bears the manufacturer's mark and measures 31 cm in height. It has undergone minor restoration and bears the manufacturer's mark of Selb Hutschenreuther. Dating back to the mid-20th century.
