Size and material: Silver, chiseled decoration, engraving, repousse, gilding, mounting; Height of the punch bowl – 14 cm; Height of the cups – 7 cm; Diameter of the tray – 32 cm; Total weight – 1720 g. Condition: very good!!
Marks: from the firm – Mikhail Sergeyevich Volganin; a mark from the Moscow district assay office – a female head in a kokoshnik, facing left, with the initials of the district manager I. Lebedkin – IL and the mark for silver items – 84.

This set represents a magnificent example of the Neo-Russian style from the late 19th to early 20th centuries, featuring large dimensions and marked decorativeness. In the center of the round footed tray is a large punch bowl in the shape of a cauldron on a foot, adorned with a skillfully crafted floral pattern executed using a chisel. The tray is also covered with a chiseled ornamental pattern. Surrounding the punch bowl are 6 cups, each with a chiseled design on the bodies.
