Royal Vienna Austria hand painted porcelain portrait plate in period frame, late 19th century. Plate with a cobalt blue ground to the edge, gilt decoration to the edge with raised roses. Raised gilt dots to the center edge. Hand painted image of a woman to the center, artist signed "F. Tenner" to the lower edge. Within an ornate gilt wood frame.
