A central figural work with embracing Renaissance style lover figures, in a boat, with water, mountains, and a partially obscured moon. Ornately hand decorated with a broad cobalt stripe to wide rim, having exquisite floral, scrolling, and geometric designs in a profusion of applied gold gilt. Artist signature in gilt to bottom C. FORSTER. Title, with VIENNA, and Royal Vienna style shield backstamp to underside, possibly a Hutschenreuther or KPM acquired piece. Dimensions: 1.25 X 9.5 X 9.5 in. Condition: Good overall condition, having normal surface wear. Estate fresh to market.
