Gilt silver. Circular foot. The exterior of the bellied body embossed with seashells, rocailles, and foliage. The obverse featuring an eagle on stippled ground. The edge of the domed lid decorated en suite. The centre inlaid with a Rubel coin depicting Peter II (Emperor of Russia 1727 - 1730) from 1728. Button in the form of a two-faced Janus head. Janus symbolises duality and ambiguity
