A figural Russian 84 Gilt Silver diamonds and enamel cigar cutter. The knife is made in the shape of an eagle's head. The body is adorned with an overlay made in a scrollwork design and covered with polychrome enamel. The cigar cutter is decorated with a foliage motif, engraved with detailed patterns, and covered with red enamel. The eyes are encrusted with Ruby stones. The top features a relief image of an Imperial double-headed eagle, encrusted with a Sapphire stone
