An Antique Russian "84" Silver and Niello Purse. Russia, 1908-1917. A niello purse decorated with floral motifs on both sides. The bag has a silver link hand strap, and the hinged case has a thumb nail latch. It opens to reveal a fitted blue silk interior. Stamped on the front with the 84 zolotnik silver standard, right facing Kokoshnik, and Cyrillic maker's mark. Approximate size is 5"
