Miniature Russian silver-gilt enamel kovsh of traditional form, with a raised prow and a shaped hook handle, enameled with varicolored scrolling foliage on the gilt-stippled ground, the edges highlighted with a frieze of white enameled pellets. Hallmarks: illegible maker’s mark, 84 Russian silver standard. Weight: 2.9 oz., (82 g.)
