Above leaf relief border. Hood-like lid with a plastic knob in the shape of a fruit bouquet. On the front side, a wine leaf-framed medallion made of relief gold, with a scenic representation of a music-playing society in front of antique architecture in fine, polychrome painting. Signed "K. Müller". Manufacture mark. H. 53.5 cm. Towards the end of World War I, the manufacture produced a limited collection of vases and dinner sets in the luxury segment with flower bouquets and scenes based on famous paintings, some of which were executed as commissioned works in house painting in the town of Lauscha in Thuringia.
