
A reformed model from the Schwarzburger workshop. A predatory cat with a fixed gaze sits on a rectangular base. Polychrome underglaze painting. Possibly made by Arthur Storch, circa 1918. There may be a monogram; former title was "Hollosi". There is a minor crack. Features both the fox and maker's marks. Height 33.5 cm, length 39 cm. A large figure of a seated tiger made from Thuringian porcelain. There is a small crack present. Both fox and manufactory marks are present. Thuringia. The oldest porcelain maker is Volkstedt. Modern.
