Small Biedermeier Silver Candle Holders

Silver. Square pedestal, weighted. Trumpet-shaped foot, surrounded by a frieze of palm branches, transitioning into a smooth baluster column encircled by a relief wreath of leaves at the base. Decorated with a display wreath of acorns and oak leaves, with an elegant ornamental band at the conical tip. Engraving, hallmarks, dated letter 'Q', master Karl Gottlieb Freytag (became a master in 1801). Weight approximately 460g. Height 18 cm. See Hinze, Wrocław, Nos. 26, 45, 181.
