Erik Carl August Lofman, born May 27, 1925 in Stockholm — died January 6, 1994 in Uppsala, was a Swedish jeweler.In 1945 Lefman graduated from Konstfackskolan in Stockholm as a silversmith and after various internships in some silver studios, including at WA Bolin, in 1948 he was hired as an artistic director at KG Markströms guldsmeds AB in Uppsala. Later he started working as a designer at MEMO. in Linkoping and Guldsmedsaktiebolaget in Stockholm. As a designer, he created models of Uppsala , Birgitta and Sten Sture cutlery, as well as church silverware, among others, for the church of Öbyhus and the Storvreta chapel. Löfman is represented, among other things, at the Upplands Museum in Uppsala.
