Karlheinz Sauer is driven by a love of craftsmanship and a desire to use silver. Over the years, he has created many different pitchers and candlesticks for everyday life and parties. He has also produced a significant amount of sacred silver for nearly all the churches in the city of Västerås and the surrounding area, as well as for many other churches across the country.
Karlheinz Sauer (b. 1943) resides and works in Mörbylånga, Sweden. He attended Pforzheim Goldsmith School and Pforzheim Academy of Art and Design. Sauer is represented in collections such as the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm, the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg, and the Västerås Art Museum.
