Silver cup holder. Russia, 1899-1908. Russian Empire (Russia), Moscow, 1899-1908, workshop of G.G. Klingert. Height - 7.5 cm, top diameter - 7.5 cm. Weight - 181 grams of 84 zolotniks silver (875 metric fineness). Hallmarks: "ГК" - initials of Gustav Gustavovich Klingert, owner of a factory of gold and silver items founded in 1865; worked for the Faberge firm. Triple-digit Russian hallmark in an oval from 1899-1908 - "women's head in a kokoshnik, facing left" with the number "84" and the letters "ИЛ", where: "women's head in a kokoshnik, facing left" - authenticity mark; the number "84" confirms that the item is made of 84-fineness silver; the letters "ИЛ" - initials of the assay master Ivan Sergeevich Lebedkin (Moscow, appointed in 1899).
