Viennese tray made of massive hammered 800-proof silver in the style of Wiener Werkstatte (circa 1905). Excellent condition without damage and restoration. Diana silver stamp and Eduard Friedman manufacturer's stamp. Eduard Friedman worked in Vienna, Austria, from 1881 to 1919. It is known that his shop carried out projects by Rudolf Quarry, Milla Veltman and architects Hans Bolek, Philipp Hauser, Emanuel Josef Margold and Otto Prutcher. Friedman is mentioned in the book "Viennese Silver, Modern Design 1780-1918". 34 cm (L) x 34 cm (W) EDUARD FRIEDMAN Vienna, 1881-1919.
